I love St. Patrick's Breastplate -- it was my bridal processional and I've realized over the years how fitting that was. It's like a little sign post of God's grace when I look back.

I'm looking forward to digging in to more of these as I have time :)

And yes -- Lent-y Lent. There is something to the humility Lent brings. We are less surprised by life being life-y. But I'm still looking forward to Easter :)

What a beautiful choice for a wedding processional. Wow--a prayer that Christ will accompany and surround you as you enter into marriage. I love this.

Your intro came at a very providential moment for me… a Lenten moment, I guess! Thanks for the reminder about the nature of life.

Looking forward to reading these. I like the excerpts and summaries that the editors always offer so that it’s easier to know what I want to read at a given time, rather than just having a list of titles which is less clear.

That feedback is really helpful, Kerri. Thanks. Doing it this way means we can't include as many pieces as we did in our very first issues, but we were noticing that people seemed to be having trouble discerning which links to choose from a simple list. The excerpt-based approach adds another level of curation to the issue and we hoped that this would help readers!

Yes! I really appreciate the work it takes. It’s easier have a sense of what I want to read: a deep, prayerful reflection, practical tips, or a recipe- they’re all great but time and energy and headspace need different ones at different times! If I don’t know what I’m turning to and end up with something that isn’t a good fit, my natural instinct (probably not ideal) is to give up altogether.

Right, we need to rest in the knowledget that we can choose rather than being overwhelmed by FOMO. Overwhelm is paralyzing!

I was so stunned by how quickly she put together screws on an old brick wall with the Crucifixion! Seems like this godmother has a thing or two to learn, haha!

I am always stunned by how seamless religious belief and ordinary life are for children. They have more openness to seeing across the veil than we do.
